1. Who We Are

This page applies to the Sation mobile application (“the App”), operated by RMRJT Pty Ltd (ACN 688 573 775). If you have questions about deleting your account or your data, contact privacy@sation.app.

2. Delete Your Account From Within the App

The fastest way to delete your Sation account is from within the app itself:

  1. Launch the Sation mobile app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Profile tab (far right of the bottom navigation bar).
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account and the data described in Section 4 below are deleted immediately. This is the recommended method and confirms your identity automatically.

3. Request Account Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app — for example, you have changed devices or forgotten your sign-in credentials — you can request account deletion by email.

Send an email to privacy@sation.app from the email address associated with your Sation account, and include:

  • The email address associated with your Sation account
  • A statement that you are requesting account deletion

We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receipt.

4. What Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is removed from our systems:

  • Account profile data — name, email address, and authentication identifier (from Google, Apple, or anonymous sign-in)
  • Session transcripts — the conversations you have had with AI characters during practice sessions
  • Session scores — delivery and connection scores generated from your sessions
  • Conversation preferences and app settings
  • Achievement progress, experience points (XP), and streak data
  • Push notification tokens registered to your account
  • Product analytics events associated with your anonymised user ID (deleted from our analytics provider within minutes of account closure)

5. What Is Retained

A small amount of data is retained after account deletion for narrow legal or fraud-prevention purposes:

  • Device-level fraud-prevention record — a salted hash of your device identifier and a timestamp, retained for up to 7 days after a free demo session is used. This record contains no personal information, is not associated with any account, and is automatically purged once the 7-day window expires.
  • Encrypted backup residue — deleted data may persist in our standard encrypted backup systems for up to 30 days before being fully purged, in line with our backup retention schedule.

No other data is retained beyond these narrow exceptions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
